My approach

For the past 15 years, I've been working for organizations with a strong social impact, for humanitarian projects, in Europe and on other continents. From small associations with 5 employees to large ones with 1300, I've developed management and project management skills and learned to adapt myself to all types of organizations, teams and fields.

In Niger, Sudan, Vietnam, Morocco, Lithuania, France and Belgium, I have contributed to the development of numerous projects in various fields: education, crafts, agri-food, social, etc.

Projects that serve the community as a whole, tailored to the needs of each individual community, and whose objectives have always been to improve the living conditions of the most vulnerable.

Today, more than ever, I want to continue to give meaning to my actions. By creating Hopela, I hope to provide individual and collective support to people and organizations.
